Why try Three Part Circular Breathwork

Many of us have tried different modalities of healing but we still feel stuck. We are experiencing anxiety, fear, depression, grief, anger, unhealthy behaviors and limiting beliefs, wanting to let go but we can’t, not embodying and living out truths we know. Or we feel we are just missing a piece. If you are swirling in thoughts and negative emotions all day and cannot seem to stop, Breathwork breaks that cycle! You have to slow down your mind so you can get into your body to heal. The power of your breath is incredibly healing, transformative, and life-giving when facilitated by a guide who is trauma-informed.

What to expect

It is all done lying down on your mat with your eyes covered if that is safe for you, actively breathing into your belly, chest and out, using full deep breaths all through the mouth. If it is your first session, you may feel body sensations that are all normal and will go away at the end. You will take in more oxygen then usual, which will lower the CO2 in the brain which then drops you into a hypnotic trance state naturally which alters the programs of the subconscious. You may cry, laugh, experience body temperature changes, tingling, this is all normal. Throughout the session music is playing that I created. No two sessions are the same! No experience necessary.

I will say, this practice is intense and is different than other restorative or pranayama practices. What you put into it, you get out of it and I promise you that if you show up to do the work, what is on the other side is so worth it!

**Breathwork is a powerful tool and needs to be facilitated very mindfully with intentional awareness of dissociation and disconnection. So having a guide that is trained with a trauma-informed lens is critical.
